On August 4th, JD Power and Associates presented the Gold Plant Quality award for North and South America to the employees of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC).

The JD Gold Plant Quality Award was in recognition of the Lexus Plant located in Cambridge, Ontario. Mr. Atsushi Niimi, Executive Vice President of Toyota Motor Corporation stated the following, "JD Power is a true voice of the customer. This public recognition not only reflects the design of the Lexus RX 350, but your commitment to building it with high quality in mind. It is a true customer measurement of your workmanship."

Newly appointed president Brian Krinock told employees, “Not only have you given TMMC another proud moment in a history of milestones by winning this Gold Plant Quality award, but you have also helped Toyota build customer confidence.”
