Have Canadians embraced the ZDX?
Nov 2, 2010
When AutoNorth.ca's Chuck Reimer tested the Acura ZDX in May (link) he said "The ZDX doesn’t have the makings to be a runaway sales success, but it does have plenty to enjoy."
It would appear that Canadians agree....at least with the first part. In an effort to boost ZDX sales and transition to 2011 models Honda Canada is putting some cash on the hood of 2010 ZDX models, the type of cash that you rarely find on the hood of a premium Japanese offering.
More after the jump.
If you've got the cash (or a friendly banking manager) then you can take advantage of $12,000 cash back, dropping the price from $58,020 to a more palatable $46,020. The $12,000 incentive is twice as high as the incentive on the MDX on which the ZDX is based.
If you were in the market would you consider the ZDX? Does the incentive change your mind?

It can only go up from here.
Now that we all enjoyed laughing at and shaking our heads at what Honda has become can you now go ahead and okay the TSX wagon (don't forget the six speed manual) for release in Canada?
