Vancouver From Sweden with Löv Tour

Vancouver residents are getting the opportunity to test drive the new Volvo XC60 under the "From Sweden with Löv" campaign.

Volvo will host this public preview of the new XC60 on Monday, March 30 and Tuesday, March 31 at the Rocky Mountaineer Station, 1755 Cottrell Street, between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. in Vancouver. The public will have the opportunity to experience the vehicle's City Safety braking system.

Drivers will experience the low-speed autonomous braking system in a closed environment. The system was developed to reduce low-speed collisions where the driver is distracted and doesn’t react to an imminent collision in heavy stop-and-go traffic, in parking lots, or when entering an intersection from a stop. It will be standard equipment on the XC60, which launches in April 2009.
