Kia Canada launches Customers Rewards Program

Kia Canada has announced the launch of its Customers Rewards Program, the first of its kind in the Canadian automotive industry.

The program includes discounts on future dealership purchases, added vehicle services, and access to exclusive offers.

All Kia dealerships are automatically enrolled in the program, and the company said that valued Kia customers can immediately start to reap the benefits of program membership.

“Kia Canada is very excited about this Rewards Program because it offers additional value to our purchase experience and rewards customers for their loyalty to the Kia brand,” said Robert Staffieri, national customer retention manager. “We are committed to enhancing the purchase experience and positively impacting consumer expectations through key strategic initiatives designed to mitigate defection and turn one-time customers into customers for life.”

Nowadays to keep customer it's almost imperative to have such a rewards plan. Just about every major automaker in the US has it in some form or another.
